QR code generator that never expires — here's why ours can't

This QR code generator makes codes that never expire. Static codes are built in your browser, so your data never reaches our servers. That means no plan, trial, or server can switch them off. Paste a link, style it, and download an SVG or PNG. It stays free.

01

Choose your code type

Choose URL, text, WiFi, contact, email, SMS, phone, or location. Each one runs in your browser. No account gates any of them.

02

Enter the destination

Type or paste your link or text. For a URL, include https:// and scan it once yourself to confirm the phone opens the right page.

03

Style it, then download

Set colors, dot style, and an optional logo. Download SVG for print or PNG from 512 to 4096px. No sign-in appears before the download.

Worth knowing

Static means nothing can switch it off

A static code bakes your data into the image itself. It consults no server when scanned. No lapsed plan or ended trial can deactivate it. It works as long as the link behind it does.

Even our dynamic codes keep redirecting

A dynamic code is a short link you can re-point after printing. If you stop paying Qranite, it keeps redirecting anyway, with no ads or interstitials. Most services deactivate it instead.

Download the SVG for print

SVG scales to any size without blurring — flyers, signage, packaging. Keep the code darker than its background. Scanners read contrast, not color choices.

If your link will change

One case does need a free account: a dynamic QR code. It is a short link you can re-point after printing, and it logs scans by day, country, and device. Two are free. If you ever stop paying, they keep redirecting anyway — no ads, no interstitials, per the Qranite policy. If you only need a code that never expires, the static generator above is enough. It asks for nothing.

About dynamic codes

Common questions

Is there really a QR code generator that never expires?

Yes. A static code encodes your data in the image itself, so no server can switch it off. Qranite builds static codes in your browser and never receives your data. The code works as long as the link behind it does.

Why do other free generators expire my code?

Usually the code was dynamic. Its redirect runs on the company's server, and they deactivate it after a trial or a lapsed plan. Your printed pattern still scans; it just no longer reaches your destination.

Do static QR codes expire?

No. A static code stores the destination in the pattern. Your phone decodes it locally, with no lookup. It cannot time out. It fails only if the print is damaged or the destination itself disappears.

Does Qranite deactivate dynamic codes if I stop paying?

No. Dynamic codes keep redirecting even after payment stops. You lose editing and analytics beyond the free limits — nothing else. Scanners never see ads, interstitials, or a paywall.

What can I make that never expires, for free?

URL, text, WiFi, contact card, email, SMS, phone, WhatsApp, calendar event, and location codes. All download as SVG or PNG with no watermark. Only editable dynamic codes need a free account.
